Over the past six months, I've been interviewing women who experienced deep burnout and found a way to kick it to the curb for good.
They’ve reclaimed their lives, reconnected authentically to themselves, and are now thriving. I, myself, am one of those women!

We meet every week for one-hour Zoom sessions. In these sessions, we will uncover your sources and symptoms of burnout and start to identify the factors in your life and mindset that may be limiting your progress forward.

WhatsApp Chat Support

While we work together, you have access to me through WhatsApp text. Chat me back and forth all month, as much as you need while you build new skills.

Hi, I'm Bethany! 

I love connecting with people through honest conversations and learning what makes them tick. As a user experience designer in my day job, I researched how humans behave when interacting with the world around us. As a woman in tech, I also deeply understand burnout. I deeply reject burnout culture and the lifestyle we have found ourselves trapped within. It's my mission to challenge it.

My unique coaching style brings in my research experience helping to identify unseen patterns in behavior, as well as my interest in neuroplasticity and somatic mind-body work.   • Who is the Rebel Against Burnout Program for?
    The Rebel Against Burnout Program is tailored to individuals who are struggling with burnout, anxiety or chronic stress. If you have lost their sense of self, feel stuck, and are unsure how to move forward, this is for you! Your time and sanity are your most valuable assets. If you choose to enroll, you will finally find relief, recalibrate your life, and move forward with more clarity. All without adding more to your to-do list. It is not a good fit if you are still looking for a quick fix or a fast external approach. This is a personalized program that meets you where you are at with deep work and clear takeaways.
  • How long is the program?
    The program is for one full month. It consists of 4 Zoom sessions (one per week at your convenience). Each call is one hour long. The program also includes WhatsApp chat support for the duration of the month you are booked. If you're interested in continuing work with me following the conclusion of the first month, you can renew for an additional month at the same cost.
  • What will I get from this session?
    The truth is I meet you where you are at. Your call is personalized to you. Here are some things you come away with after our call: - Reconnection to your authentic self. - Someone who listens and understands your situation. - Increased mind-body connection. - More awareness of your sources of burnout, the symptoms you've been suffering from, and why. - Learn new methods for removing the effects of burnout from your life and connecting with your world differently. - Increased self-awareness of needs. - Clarity of your direction and goals. - Continued support throughout the month through WhatsApp as you process your new takeaways. - Tips and tricks to keep your burnout at bay. - Increased overall feeling of worthiness.   • How much does it cost?
    The total cost of the program is $395 due at the time of booking. If you're interested in continuing work with me following the conclusion of the first month, you can renew for an additional month at the same cost. Due to the nature of the program and the fact that the work is not a tangible product, we do not accept refunds.
  • How do I know if this is right for me?
